VanDesk provides an AI-powered business management platform including lead management, invoicing, job scheduling, and automated communications tools for tradespeople.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be 18 or over to use VanDesk.
You must not use VanDesk to send spam, harass customers, or engage in any unlawful activity. You are responsible for all communications sent through the platform on your behalf.
Our AI receptionist will identify itself as an automated system at the start of every call. All AI-drafted communications require your approval before sending.
Subscription fees are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. No refunds for partial months.

VanDesk is provided as-is. We are not liable for any loss of business, missed leads, or errors in AI-generated content. Maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the last 3 months.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
